Success and sustainability of projects developed by KORA are necessarily linked to the effective creation and implementation of an autonomous Urban Community.

Additionally, the residents' sense of ownership is crucial for the preservation of the built heritage, houses, and other infrastructures. The processes of getting houses in the centralities is accompanied by dedicated teams of social organizations and specialist technicians, in order to promote the integration of the population into the new social and urban context.

During the period of Social Integration development, we organize several activities, such as: administrative, building condominiums, behavioral and neighborhood protocols, personal finance management, gardening, music, theater, dance, and sports activities.
